What is Multi-tenant SaaS?
Multi-tenant SaaS is a software product where many customer organisations share one application and database while their data is strictly isolated, typically with a tenant ID on every record and row-level security.
It is the standard architecture for a product sold to many businesses because it keeps hosting cost low and updates instant. The hard parts are data isolation, per-tenant roles and billing, and never leaking one customer's data to another.
